Any Buckler out there have information on Bucklers immigrating from the Devon or St neot area of England to settle in the Annapolis Valley Nova Scotia. There would be a family consisiting of William And Judith and there children John Thomas and Joesph and maybe two daughters names Elizabeth and Sarah. They arrived in NS in the early 1800,s
Hi Bonnie…I have been researching Buckler’s in Nova Scotia. I believe I found your John and Joseph Buckler in the West Dalhousie Gibson Lake Cemetery records. You probably have these records but if not I can direct you to them.
There appears to be only one Buckler listed in the 1851 census and that is for a John Buckler b. 1821-1831 living in Pictou County.
I see that the 1871 census records state that John, Joseph and Thomas were born in NS but I do wonder if that is correct. Do you have information that verifies their birth in NS? Could they have been born in England?
And do you know if the William Buckler born about 1819 is related to these other three Bucklers? His wife’s name was Martha.
I wish I had more information for you and fewer questions.

My Grandfathers name was Charles Buckler and I believe he was born about 1870. I was told he came from the Isle of Wight. I am trying to find siblings of his and also his parents names. He married Emily Saunders and had 10 children

Looking for the father of Wallace Alfert Buckler of St. Marys, he was born in 1885 and died in 1926. I am not sure if his father was John W. Buckler or James L Buckler. All of St Marys County Maryland. There seems to be some mixed information.
